The company ships the products through ELTA courier.

The customer is charged a fee of 4.5 euros for the transfer.

In case of return or replacement, the charge amounts to 6 euros.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and nothing is missing from its packaging.

All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. That is why they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them.

 Any indication that the product has been used automatically voids the exchange.

Until the product reaches us, it is under your responsibility.

It is therefore important to take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage and, therefore, inability to return it.

Earrings are not returnable, for hygiene reasons!

No refunds are given.

In case you wish to buy a discount product, you should take into account that it cannot be changed or returned.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

The products are delivered within 1-3 working days for inside Attica and within 3-5 working days for outside Attica, as long as the place of dispatch is mainland Greece, Crete and the islands.

The above delivery period does not apply in the following cases:

-delivery to remote areas

- national strikes

-extreme weather conditions

-reasons of force majeure
