The customer has the right to return the product within 30 calendar days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging in which it was sent to the customer.

In case you request a return, you must present the purchase receipt.

In this case, the customer is entitled to a replacement or compensation.

No returns are accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
